LUXCS - TRIPLE C.png

The Triple C Protocol standard is our protocol for generating carbon credits and emission offset certification.  The protocol consists of a set of guidelines designed to measure and certify the removal or reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

This standard operates in the voluntary carbon credits market and establishes eligibility, validation and verification criteria for certification processes. The protocol defines a reference scenario to ensure that projects have a real and measurable impact on reducing or removing carbon emissions, significantly contributing to the
climate change mitigation.

The Triple C Protocol standard is supported by principles that guide its construction and aim to ensure environmental integrity and certified credits:

1

ACCURACY: Accuracy in measuring and reporting emissions, removals and reductions.

2

CREDIBILITY: Confidence in certifications and validity of generated credits.

3

LEGITIMACY: Compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

4

PRACTICALITY: Ease of understanding and implementation

5

TRANSPARENCY: Clarity and publicity of certification and credit generation processes.

The protocol is in the process of seeking international endorsement to allow the credits generated to be accepted at a global level.

CARBON CREDITS
Certification with Nature-Based Solutions

The removal program encompasses the entire process of generating carbon credits, from prospecting suitable areas for the implementation of greenhouse gas removal projects, designing, implementing and monitoring the projectuntil the credits are retired.

It was designed to be applicable in all Brazilian biomes, including the Amazon, Caatinga, Cerrado, Atlantic Forest, Pampa and Pantanal.

HOW SHOULD I PROCEED TO BE PART OF THE REMOVAL PROGRAM TO GENERATE CARBON CREDITS?

●  REGISTRATION ON THE ELECTRONIC PLATFORM:
The first step is to register on the electronic platform, where the entire process takes place, and follow the indicated step-by-step instructions.

● REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
After registering the intention to carry out the certification of removal credits, the interested party must request a feasibility analysis from a professional accredited by LuxCS, who will continue the process and request documentation necessary.

Emissions Certification Program

The UnCarbonize program is an initiative to certify greenhouse gas emissions inventories. It is aimed at individuals and organizations who want to know and act to reduce the impact of their activities on the environment.

OBJECTIVES AND BENEFITS

● EMISSIONS INVENTORY

The programrama helps the organization to map which stages of its process have the highest greenhouse gas emissions.

●    OPTIMIZATION AND REPLACEMENT:

Knowing the critical points, the organization can develop projects to optimize or replace processes with more efficient or less polluting alternatives.

●    EMISSIONS COMPENSATION:

There is the possibility of partially or completely offsetting emissions with certified carbon credits.
